Penelope cares for her clients individually & prides her self on her perfectionism. She has been in the Beauty Industry for over 20 Years, first beginning with studying a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. Over the years Penelope has specialised in many treatments including waxing, tanning & lashes but came to find true her passion – eyebrows! 10 years ago Penelope studied the art of Cosmetic Tattooing & started her business as The Brow One. After 9 years of freelancing all over Victoria at many different salons, she is settled now in her own studio ‘Suite Thirteen’ in Mount Eliza on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula; while still visiting her loyal clientele in Ballarat.
